Method
Three steps, two decisions.
Scoping
We turn your idea into a testable hypothesis and a quantified success criterion, set before any development. We first check that your data makes it possible to test it.
Prototype
We develop strictly what is needed to confront the hypothesis with your real data, not test data. Your teams put it to the test.
Decision
We measure against the criterion: go/no-go. We continue (industrialization roadmap) or we stop (report on the limits).
