Our own AI Act compliance
We sell EU AI Act audits and operational compliance — and we apply the same standard to ourselves. This page documents our own usage of AI systems.
AI systems we use internally
- Anthropic Claude API (in-house) — for content drafting, code generation, internal automation. Hosted on EU regions where the deployment option exposes it. Zero-data-retention activated when our enterprise subscription tier supports it (Bedrock/Vertex addendum)
- standard tier otherwise.
- n8n self-hosted (on our VPS) — workflow automation, no public LLM call without explicit operator review.
- Open WebUI self-hosted — internal AI interface, sovereign deployment, no third-party data routing.
Risk classification (EU AI Act, Art. 6-9)
None of our internal AI systems produce decisions about EU citizens. All usage is back-office only — content drafting, internal triage, document generation. Classified as minimal risk under Art. 6.
Transparency (EU AI Act, Art. 50)
If you receive content generated with AI assistance from us, it is reviewed and validated by a senior operator before delivery. We do not deploy AI-generated outputs to clients without human supervision. Our methodology is internal and is not a third-party certification (no ISO/IEC 42001 audit at this stage).
